Roping Format Info
(Both the open and the # 13 will follow the same format)
S&W Productions, LLC and the Circle T Arena in Hamilton, TX are ecstatic to bring to the OPEN and HIGH NUMBERED ROPERS, their very own, high odds chance at winning a share of $170,000 IN 2 SEPARATE ROPINGS, IN ONE WEEKEND IN ONE BEAUTIFUL FACILITY!!! GUARANTEED $170,000 will be paid out in both the OPEN and the #13, with 100 teams entered in each roping! Up to 200 teams will be allowed. Each of these ropings will be a five steer average. Everybody gets four full rounds. The top fifty teams catching all four steers will come back to the MAIN short go. At 100 teams entered, 1st in the Average will take home 35,000 (per team)! In the Main Average short round, the roper has the option of picking the first or second steer to rope. We will also pay several monies in the 2, 3, and 4 Steer Consolation Rounds. The 2, 3 and 4 Consolation Rounds work the following ways; 4 Steer Consolation: the fastest 30 teams on 3 steers caught in any particular order will come back for their own short round, to rope for their share of $15,000 (all payout amounts are with 100 teams entered)! Same deal with the 3 Steer Consolation, the fastest 30 teams on 2 steers in any order will come back to rope their short round steer and a check worth $4,500 for 1st in the 3 Steer Consolation. If a team runs into some bad luck, and only catches 1 steer out of four, they (up to 30 teams) will qualify for the 2 Steer Consolation Round in which we will wipe their slate clean, let them have one more steer and the fastest time wins $3,000. We will also pay 1st and 2nd place fast time in all 5 rounds including the short round. 1st place fast time in each round will be paid $2,000! We love this format because of the fact that we give the ropers so many opportunities to win some really big checks!!! Big-Tyme Bailout Entry Fees will be $1,000/man (multiple payment options available),Pre Enter entries may be paid by: Credit Card, Sponsors, Payment Plan, Cashier Check or Money Orders and CASH ONLY on site entries (call for more info), enter 2 times, 200 team maximum. There will be a #13 warm-up, and an Open warm up. Warm up roping fees are $100/man (cash only), enter on site, enter 3 times, 200 team maximum allowed. 85% Payback in EACH of the main ropings and 85% Payback in EACH of the warm-ups will be awarded, not including a top of the line prize-line!
