Entries will be taken by maiL, phone OR ONLINE. To enter by mail, please use the information and form below.

• Entry fees are $1,000.00 per man.
• Fees can be paid by cashier check, money order, debit or credit card, or by team sponsors.
• You are able to pay the full amount or can enroll in the Payment Plan. If you choose to use the Payment Plan, you put a down payment of $500.00 to hold your spot, and then pay 4 payments of $125.00.
• Team sponsorships will be announced and recognized by the announcer at the event.
• Both ends must pay their entry fees in full to be entered in roping.
• If you draw out, you will receive all money paid to S&W Productions, LLC except for a processing fee of $30.00. Money will be returned to you via check, or, if you registered with a credit or debit card, will be refunded to that card.
• Entries paid by credit card,payment plan, check or money order must be postmarked by October 29,2010. Cash entries will be taken on site for both ropings until the first round of the OPEN is over, Saturday November 13th.
• Cashier checks and money orders can be made out to S&W Productions, LLC. All credit card transactions will be charged 3% service fee.
